Data we process
First name, email address, time of signup, language and the page the form was on. A check value derived from the IP address is kept to limit misuse. The IP address itself is not shown in the list.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to send campaigns, seasonal offers and Bera Hotels news by email. The legal basis is your explicit consent. If you do not consent, no record is created.
Transfers
Records are stored on the infrastructure that hosts the site, which is abroad. This is a transfer outside Turkey. The data is not sold to third parties for advertising.
Retention and withdrawal
The record stays until you withdraw consent. Write to the contact address above. When email sending starts, each message will also include a way to opt out.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and use the other rights in the Law by applying to the controller.
